本片讲述一个有趣的实验：没收你身上所有物品（包括衣物、床……你肉身以外的一切外物），每天只能拿回一件，时限为一年。曾经能把信用卡刷爆的男主人公在物品的包围中产生了和当年1900没能下船时一样的恐惧，于是他把所有的东西放在租来的仓库里，不用卡只收现金，和自己做了这个约定。这一年中他找到了想要共度一生的伴侣；他的奶奶离开了人世；他自己在厌世与热爱生活中反复徘徊……

Summary:My name is Benjamin, I am 25. I live in a typically Parisian flat, furnished with a mix of recup and Ikea furniture. I wear Swedish, Spanish brands which I find on British websites. These clothes are made in Vietnam, China, India…And yet I decided to take up the challenge to live 100% French.Nobody has really tried the experiment. Challenge accepted!!! 小物件主题范围：奇葩纪念品（举个栗子：夜光安全套、手镯酒壶、可乐鼻烟儿、脑残玩具等等），只要你觉得好玩奇葩都可以带来参加“换物市集”，以物换物，先换先得，以物会友，其乐无穷。
